Xeinadin, a leading provider of accountancy services and business advice for small and medium-sized enterprises and individuals across the UK and Ireland, has welcomed Haywards Heath-based PRB Accountants into the practice, strengthening the team’s ability to support clients through access to additional audit, compliance, and specialist expertise.

Founded in 1990, PRB has been part of the Haywards Heath business community for more than three decades. Led by Partners Chris Whitley-Jones, Simon Power, Kim Ayling, and Kelly Hartney, the 18-person team works with businesses and individuals across Sussex and the wider UK, supporting clients ranging from local owner-managed businesses to larger organisations.

A general practice with expertise spanning tax, payroll, company secretarial support, and business advisory services, PRB is particularly known for its work with clients in the direct selling and network marketing sectors. The firm has built its reputation on responsive, face-to-face support, with many new clients introduced through recommendations and long-standing client relationships.

Joining Xeinadin gives the team access to additional specialist expertise and audit resource, helping to support continued growth. Since becoming part of the practice, PRB has already secured significant new audit work, enabling the team to pursue opportunities that would previously have been more difficult to accommodate.

Chris Whitley-Jones, Partner at PRB Accountants, said: “Our priority was finding a long-term home that was right for both our clients and our team. Joining Xeinadin allows us to continue operating in the way that has always worked for us, providing a personal, responsive service, while giving us access to additional expertise and support behind the scenes. Our clients will continue working with the same people, while having access to a broader range of expertise when they need it.”

Derry Crowley, CEO of Xeinadin, said: “PRB Accountants has built a strong reputation through the quality of its client relationships and the practical advice it provides to businesses across Sussex. The team’s experience and approach align very closely with how we support SMEs across the practice.”

The Haywards Heath office will continue to operate locally, with the existing leadership team remaining in place. Colleagues will also benefit from wider career development opportunities, specialist knowledge sharing, and access to expertise from across Xeinadin, supporting both professional development and long-term growth.
