Donovan Crutchfield

Donovan Crutchfield is Area Managing Partner for Xeinadin’s Richmond-upon-Thames office, where he works closely with local businesses and individuals across Richmond, Twickenham, Teddington and the surrounding areas. With extensive experience as a Chartered Accountant, Donovan specialises in providing clear, practical accounting, tax and business advisory support tailored to the needs of owner-managed businesses and private clients in the local area.

Donovan was the Founder and Managing Director of TaxAgility Chartered Accountants, a long-established Richmond practice built on personal relationships and a strong understanding of the local business landscape. Following its integration into Xeinadin, he continues to lead the Richmond office, combining local knowledge with the wider expertise and resources of a national firm.

Having begun his career at KPMG, Donovan brings a strong technical foundation alongside a pragmatic, commercially focused approach. He is particularly experienced in helping growing businesses manage complexity, plan for the future and make informed financial decisions, while remaining approachable and closely involved with his clients’ day-to-day challenges.
