Xeinadin Area Managing Partner (Kent North) Symon Barkway has been featured in Kent Online’s latest article, examining the potential impact of the Autumn Budget 2025.

Symon Symon believes there are warning signs of further changes to employer National Insurance contributions (NICs).

This includes extending the NICs threshold freeze to 2029/30 and introducing NICs on pension contributions from private companies, landlords and LLPs.

These measures would increase employment costs and reduce financial flexibility for many businesses
